The Kincha Restaurant is the epitome of a traditional, upscale Japanese restaurant, complete with private and public dining rooms. Sliding shoji screens, straw screens and mats, and hand-plastered walls enhance the traditional motif.  The restaurant is built over a crystal clear fishpond stocked with colorful koi. The scent, look and feel of nature are further captured with the lavish use of Japanese cedar (hinoki), bamboo and supporting poles of bark covered cedar.
Inside and outside the multi-level restaurant are 800 tons of Fuji rocks shipped from Japan and an attractive collection of Asian artifacts.

Kincha Restaurantは個室と一般のレストラン・スペースがあり、障子の引き戸と畳、伝統的なモチーフで飾られた手塗りのしっくいの壁という内装の高級で伝統的な日本食レストランです。レストランは色とりどりの鯉の泳ぐ透明に透き通る池の上に建てられています。香、外観そして感触すべてが自然を感じさせるのは、惜しみなく使われた日本檜、竹そして樹皮でおおわれた檜のささえ木のためです。 レストランの内装、外装には日本から送られて来た800トンに及ぶ富士の岩が置かれ、魅力的な東洋工芸の収蔵品が飾られています。
